Support Groups

National surveys indicate that individuals caring for another person can benefit from meeting and interacting with other caregivers in a group setting. Joining a support group will help you meet other caregivers. Support groups also allow you to discover friendships while learning about additional resources in your area. It is a place where you can give and receive encouragement in a non-judgmental setting.

LACRC encourages caregivers to join one of the following support groups. Please call

Location: Los Angeles
Frequency: 2nd & 4th Wednesday of every month
Time: 11:30 – 1:00 PM




Location: Lancaster
Frequency: 1st Wednesday of every month
Time: 7:00 – 8:30 PM




Location: Alhambra
Frequency: 1st Friday of every month
Time: 10:00 – 11:30 AM




Special Focus

Title: Adult Child Support Group
Location: Los Angeles
Frequency: 2nd & 4th Tuesday of every month
Time: 5:30 – 7:00 PM
